These are basically the peanut butter version of my viral brown butter deep dish cookies… loaded with crushed Nutter Butters, drenched in warm peanut butter caramel, and topped with more Nutter Butters + vanilla ice cream + flaky salt. 🤤
The cookie stays super gooey, the Nutter Butters soften into the center while baking, and the warm/cold combo with the ice cream is unreal.
And the BEST part? These are ridiculously easy. You can fully assemble them ahead of time and just bake them fresh before serving. The ultimate cozy dinner party dessert.

These are my Frosted Animal Cookie Rolls and they taste EXACTLY like those frosted circus animal cookies from childhood. And I mean EXACTLY.
The milk is infused with the cookies themselves and used throughout the ENTIRE recipe — in the dough, the filling, the warm cream soak, and the icing. Plus the filling has tons of finely crushed cookies blended into buttery gooey swirls.
